We are delighted to announce that Mr Duane Rivett was appointed as a Director of the Cure4CF Foundation board on Wednesday, 4 February. We are very fortunate to add his expertise to our board.Duane is currently Commercial Manager for Reproductive Health Science Ltd, an Adelaide based, ASX listed developer of advanced single cell genomic technologies with a focus on improving health and research outcomes.
He has also held numerous positions with Adelaide Research & Innovation, the commercialisation arm of the University of Adelaide, where he was responsible for managing IP commercialisation, contract research and consulting.
A scientist by profession, Duane holds a Master of Science degree in biochemistry and cell biology.
Duane’s vast expertise will be highly relevant as the board engages with issues of management of intellectual property and the translation of research into commercial products and processes.
