Philanthropy Australia is the national peak body for the philanthropy and not for profit membership organisations.
The Philanthropy Australia Field Trip to New York City took place over seven days from Sunday 26 October 2014.
A selected group of touring philanthropists attended included Deb Hosking, Cure4CF Foundation Board Member. Deb and her colleagues concluded their field trip in New York City with an exclusive dinner with The Hon Kim Beazley AC at his residence, where they were privileged to meet with high profile US philanthropists and foundations.
Over the seven days of the field trip Deb was witness to best practice and thought leadership from some of the most progressive foundations in the world.

"Seeing first-hand the success of highly strategic, collaborative partnership initiatives has made me an advocate for this approach in Australia"
